💵  Are there any additional fees?

Yes, for automations like SMS and email, you will be billed for each action. It is, however, extremely cheap. Rates vary, but you can expect to pay a fraction of a cent per action. Unless you are dealing with a very high volume of customers, it will typically be less than $5 a month.

📝  Is there a Long-Term commitment?

Nope! We're easy to work with and easy to get rid of. If, for whatever reason, you aren't happy with the service, you can cancel at any time.

💰  Do you buy reviews?

Absolutely not. Not only is that against googles terms and services its against our morals as a company.

📤  Do you do anything else with my customer list?

Nope! Our only purpose is to send review requests on your behalf—nothing more. We never sell your customer information or use it to market anything to them. Your trust and your customers’ privacy are our top priorities.

❎  Can you help remove negative reviews?

We can report the review from our account, and you can report it as well, but beyond that, options are limited. Google's algorithm occasionally detects and removes spam reviews automatically, but this isn’t guaranteed. The best strategy is to respond professionally to the review, addressing any concerns raised, and focus on consistently earning 4- and 5-star reviews to offset the impact of a single 1-star review. Interestingly, businesses with ratings between 4.5 and 4.9 are often perceived as more trustworthy than those with a perfect 5-star rating, as slight imperfections make reviews appear more authentic and credible.

💬  Do you respond to reviews?

Yes, we can respond to all reviews. We leave this decision up to the business owner. We’re happy to respond to all 4-star and higher reviews. We recommend that you handle responses to 3-star and below reviews yourself. We won’t have the context of the situation that you do to provide a quality response.

⭐  Do you only collect reviews for Google?

Sort of. We usually collect reviews for Google because it’s the best platform and offers the highest ROI, thanks to its impact on your local SEO and the high traffic the Google Map Pack generates. That said, our system could theoretically work for any review platform if you are adamant about collecting reviews elsewhere. However, what we won’t do is send your clients multiple sites to leave a review at. Overwhelming them with multiple choices will lower the conversion rate. We want the process to be as easy and streamlined as possible.

🗃️  How does the review filter work?

This is an optional feature for business owners to use at their own risk, as it is technically in the gray area of Google’s terms of service. Essentially, it funnels customers who respond negatively to an email or text to leave written feedback in a form within our software, allowing you to review and address their concerns accordingly. Those who respond positively are directed to leave their written feedback on your Google My Business profile. While this won’t completely prevent all negative reviews, the idea is that by reaching out to dissatisfied customers immediately after a purchase or service, you provide them with a private outlet to express their concerns rather than seeking out your Google profile to leave a public negative review.

😡  Should I respond to negative reviews?

Short answer: Yes. However, it needs to be handled the right way. You don’t want to fight fire with fire. Responding angrily can appear unprofessional and may deter future customers. Lashing out at a reviewer can validate their complaint and reinforce negative perceptions in the mind of the reader, even if the review is inaccurate. The best approach is to remain calm and professional. If the review is valid, apologize and make it right. If it’s false, calmly explain your side of the story without sounding defensive.
